IS IT POSSIBLE TO MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED ?
Yes, we are usually able to make adjustments to orders during regular trading sessions, including adding or removing items or changing size or color. However, this is not possible during sale periods, as sale orders are subject to distinct rules and regulations and no modifications can be made once the order has been placed.
ARE THERE ANY DUTIES AND TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH MY ORDER ?
If you are shopping outside of Hong Kong, your order may be subject to duties and taxes. This varies country by country and you will need to check the import Tar-iffs for your country.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY GIFT CARD?
You can redeem your Gift Card at checkout by applying the Gift Card number in the box that says, “Gift Card or discount code”. All Gift Cards expire 12 months from date of issue.

If you have ordered other garments along with your pre-order, please note all items will be sent together once the Pre-order arrives. Please allow for this.

We fulfill and ship orders 2-3 business days after the payment.
Please allow 3 to 7 business days for domestic shipments to be delivered to you.
Please allow 7 to 14 business days for international shipments to be delivered to you.
International shipping may take a little longer than expected due to different locations.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANECL MY ORDER?
We encourage you to check every detail before placing an order. Sending us a message within the first 48 hours from the payment can make a change if the product is not shipped yet, otherwise we can not.
